1. Executive Search and Selection

Once we have a full understanding of our client’s requirements we are then able to recommend an appropriate recruitment approach which will either be a database selection method or a research driven search method.

Search

We offer this solution for more senior, niche positions. Executive searches are done on a retained basis and involve researching the relevant market place and identifying and approaching candidates with the relevant attributes.

This methodology allows for a diverse sourcing strategy reaching both passive and active job seekers. It results in the capturing of competitor intelligence and allows for specifically targeted recruitment.

Selection

Once we have a clear definition of the role, we conduct a detailed analysis of our database and introduce a shortlist to the client.

2. Consultants

The use of consultants allows our clients to respond to immediate staffing needs - both short and long term. Our team is able to search our extensive database and use our developed networks to find appropriate candidates at short notice.
